1ea Striploin Petite End Roast (21-25oz), frozen
A budget-friendly alternative to our portioned NY Strips. Cook it as a roast (we recommend high searing, then low oven roasting) or slice and DIY your very own petite Strip Steaks! Our Striploin End Roast is from the tapered end of the Striploin muscle, so it has the exact same muscle make up, texture, and outstanding flavor as our NY Strip Steaks. Slicing your roast will yield four or five 5oz steaks-- the perfect size for a family dinner or a plated dinner where 8oz steaks may feel just a bit over the top!
