2 8oz Boneless Ribeye Steaks (2 per pack), frozen
Hand cut by a local butcher, our boneless Ribeye Steaks are some of the most flavorful steaks out there. Remember, these are cap-on, so you might get a bite or two of gristle, but the flavor profile and texture differences make it a pleasure to experience a Randall Ribeye. If you’re ok with a slight bit of chew, season them liberally with salt and pepper, throw them on a very hot pan for 2 minutes per side, then lower the temperature and, flipping frequently, cook for another 5-6 minutes. If you like taking more time, try your sous vide, or take that hot pan after searing and pop it in a 350 degree oven to finish your steaks.
