Our Ribeye End Roasts come from the tapered end of the Ribeye and are too slender for us to cut our steaks. Each Ribeye End Roast can be cooked whole as a petite roast or sliced into 5-6oz steaks. You can be rough on these steaks— even though this is 100% grass-fed beef, you can cook them on a searing-hot pan or grill, although (as always) we suggest a gentler approach combining high-heat searing and a low-temperature oven. You can also leave it whole and prepare it as a roast. Regardless, this is just one of those cuts that makes you go “Wow!” and “Mmmm-mmm” and then “Wow!” again.
