This salami, named for the Indonesian word for "love," is made of pure Randall Lineback beef. It features a delicate blend of long pepper, lemon zest, mace, and lavender. The flavor is both deep and bright, with the light aromatics of lavender taking center stage.

If you want a no-fuss introduction to Randall Lineback salami, this is the place to start. Soppressata is a traditional Italian salami made with red wine vinegar, garlic, Indian coriander, and black pepper. It has both sweet and acidic notes. Both rich and bright, it'll send you well on your way to becoming a Randall charcuterie fan.

This salami is 100% Randall Lineback beef without a casing. Thinly sliced, it is a bit broader than our other salamis. It is one-of-a-kind, with ground dried porcini mushrooms giving it a wonderfully deep umami profile.
