Use this rich, nutty spread on its own (just add salt) or mix in with butter for an even more extravagant treat. Top buns and breads or melt over cooked meats & veggies. Due to its high smoking point, it can also be used as a cooking oil, whether for burgers, steaks, or vegetables.
Our marrow spread is sieved & clarified from our bone broth, so it may have trace elements of ingredients found in our broth.
Although our tallow will arrive frozen, we recommend storing in the refrigerator. It will soften quickly to a spreadable texture once removed from the fridge.
