Simply gorgeous T-Bone Steaks! These showcase our NY Strip, with a slender crescent of tenderloin on the other side. We suggest searing in a hot pan, lowering the temp to super low, and butter-basting until it's done. Let rest for 10 minutes and slice the steak away from the bone. Another wonderful technique is starting in a 200 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, then searing in a hot pan while butter basting to finish.
