1ea French Country Sausages (4 sausages per package), frozen
1ea Bavette Steak (1-1.5 lb each), frozen
- 2 Sirloin Steaks (2/pkg, 8oz each), frozen
- 12oz package Petite Tenderloin Medallions (4 medallions, 3oz each), frozen
This collection is the perfect introduction to Randall Lineback beef. Start off with our premium Ground beef-- whether hand-formed into delectable burger patties, slow cooked in Grandma's bolognese, or layered into lasagna, our ground beef is the best way to get started with Randall. Our artisanal sausages (created in collaboration with MeatCrafters), make for an outstanding meal, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The Bavette steak is a favorite in French Bistros-- just season with salt and pepper and sear on high a few minutes each side. Remember to cut across the grain for a tender bite. Steak salad, steak frites, fajitas... you name it! They never tasted this good. Our 8oz Sirloin Steaks can be grilled or pan seared (for truly tender meat, make sure they are finished at a low temperature after your high searing). Last but not least, we have our Petite Tenderloin Medallions. These are the most tender of all our cuts, but unlike their tasteless counterparts in the conventional beef world, these have bright, rich flavor. So grill, sear, or bake until medium rare, skip the sauce if you want, and enjoy the yum that is Randall Lineback!
