Holy canoli, we are SO excited to offer these gorgeous bone-in steaks! The Porterhouse showcases a New York Strip Steak AND a Tenderloin steak, split by a T-shaped bone. We suggest searing in a hot pan, lowering the temp to super low, and butter-basting until it's done. Let rest for 10 minutes and slice each steak away from the bone.
