7oz Sliced Pastrami, Frozen (fully cooked & ready to eat, just reheat)

This is the magical outcome when Randall Lineback briskets are brined and slow-smoked over the course of a day to absolute perfection by the pros at MeatCrafteers. We keep our briskets whole (they're much smaller than the hulking briskets from Angus). Slicing through the flat and point gives each slice intense marbling and ups the decadence factor. Sliced packs make 2 sandwiches. To reheat our sliced pastrami right, place in a steamer basket over gently boiling water for 3-5 minutes (Short on time? We hate to say it, but the microwave will do in a pinch).
