We have partnered with MeatCrafters, a local artisanal charcuterie company, to produce the world’s best beef sausage. Eat it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, on a grill or on a stovetop. These sausages blend Randall Lineback beef & a touch of lamb fat with just the right hint of Chinese 5-Spice blend, which combines star anise, cloves, Chinese cinnamon, Sichuan (Szechuan) peppercorns, and fennel seeds to create a mild sausage with depth and warmth. We are in love!
Pro-tip: for an alternative to sausages on the grill, try removing the casings (just slice and peel). Brown in a sauté pan or saucepan over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, breaking the sausage into smaller bits with a wooden spoon. Add to eggs in the morning, make an outrageously delicious pasta sauce, stuff in a bell pepper, etc. The options are limitless!
