As simple as can be: a 4-5lb bag of Randall Lineback knuckle bones so you can DIY your own bone broth (if you're not into all that effort, we do sell premade bone broth as well in our deli section along with demi glacé). We recommend purchasing a small osso buco or short rib to pop into your pot to really up that beefy flavor.
