Build a remarkable charcuterie board with our wonderful pâté and salamis! Our country-style paté is rich and buttery, smooth, with hints of coriander that dance on the palate. Bring to room temp, remove the red liner, and serve with thin toasts and cornichon. Our all beef sliced Porcini salami has a deep umami flavor profile while our sliced Provençal is light and bright with long pepper, lemon zest, mace, and lavender. These are ready to be served. Our mini-salami beef sticks can be eaten as snacks (look out- you'll gobble these down faster than you think you will!). Alternatively, cut into nuggets as a fun addition to any charcuterie board. Lastly, enjoy two of our 6oz salamis. Cured in the saucisson sec style, these hard salamis are packed with flavor. Bring to room temperature, slice thin, and enjoy! Our Urfa Biber salami features fenugreek, urfa biber, and Hungarian smoked paprika while our Rosemary salami is elevated and elegantly herbal.
