This is the magical outcome when Randall Lineback briskets are brined and slow-smoked over the course of a day to absolute perfection by the pros at MeatCrafteers. We keep our briskets whole (they're much smaller than the hulking briskets from Angus). Slicing through the flat and point gives each slice intense marbling and ups the decadence factor.
