Hanger Steak (Trimmed)

At Last! We can now offer TRIMMED Hanger Steaks! Cue the triumphant music! This is one of our most exclusive offerings. There is only 1 Hanger Steak per animal- it hangs down from the diaphragm, giving it it's "Hanger" moniker. Also known as “Butcher Steaks” (since butchers know enough to keep them for themselves), the Hanger is one of the BEST cuts we offer. At home, we like to cut our Hanger Steaks down their middle seam, which creates the equivalent of two filets (with more flavor than you could possibly imagine). We sear them in a hot pan, turning every minute until medium rare. It's Nirvana in a steak format!
