Porterhouse Steak (select size)

The Porterhouse showcases a New York Strip Steak AND a Tenderloin steak, split by a T-shaped bone. We suggest searing in a hot pan, lowering the temp to super low, and butter-basting until it's done. Let rest for 10 minutes and slice each steak away from the bone. Perfect for two diners to share OR for one hungry person who wants ALL of the steaks, thank you very much (as always, no judgment here).
