Caring for animals kindly is at the heart of what we do at Chapel Hill Farm. We move our cattle gently, keep calves on their mothers, and practice gentle weaning. We keep their environment calm and follow humane standards to the best of our ability. That respect shows in the animals’ behavior and in the quality of the beef. It’s simply the right thing to do.
